Dev Antelope 3.0

I’m developing the Antelope version 3 now. A new version provides improved user interface, and some bug fixes. And also, I added a new lossy compression function. In lossy mode can be compressed data size of 40% to 60% approximately compared to original, instead of not fully guarantee the quality.
